Our engineering capabilities range from precision components from a diameter of just 1mm, to large milled components for a variety of industries including motorsport, marine, hydraulics, design and agriculture.

Our Takisawa CNC has auto bar loading to make us more competitive and can accommodate a maximum bar diameter of 76mm.

Our 16-tool vertical machining centre with high speed programming which makes it an important part of our machining capabilities.

This is our 24-tool vertical machining centre with a 4th axis designed to produce high quality milled components with ease.

This CNC machine is designed for turning parts up to 65mm diameter, allowing us to produce a wide range of components for our customers.
BRIDGEPORT VMC 1000
Our VMC 1000 is a digital vertical milling centre with a 4th axis movement with traverses of X-1020mm, Y-510mm and Z-500mm.
CITIZEN L20 SLIDING HEAD
Our latest machine allows us to produce precision parts from 1mm to 20mm diameter to expand our capabilities.
OneCNC XR7 POWERFUL CAD CAM SOFTWARE
We use OneCNC CAD CAM software on our machinery.
It's a market leading computer aided manufacturing CAM system for NC part programming.
